Vertical milling center


Make a request		 DT series is specially designed to meet the needs of users on the market for high speed, high productivity vertical drilling and tapping center. The overall layout of the drilling and tapping center is a vertical frame structure, which can withstand the heavy load during processing, and can maintain no vibration and deformation when moving at a high-speed, which is suitable for processing automobiles, motorcycle accessories and small generator accessories.
The base of the machine is wide and the column is a box structure. The saddle is widened and lengthened, and the heavy load is fully supported.
The machine is subjected to multiple heat treatments, and the accuracy of the whole machine is effective and steady, ensuring high-precision displacement performance.
The large-span base is solid with an eight-point support structure and has high rigidity and high shock-resistant. High-precision, high-speed, high-efficiency continuous processing, userfriendly dialogue interface, easy to operate.
The machine tool chipping removal adopts the rear discharge design, which enjoys the best chipping removal angle and super large flow chipping system.
